Eligibility for Returns Since our products are custom made-to-order through our production partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was delivered
How to Request a Return or Refund Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lauhookjan@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Refunds Once your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without manufacturing defects
- Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer
