Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to sizing errors on the customer's part. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at lauhookjan@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
