We want you to love your Janroj Jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition
• Free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
• In their original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at lauhookjan@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind once an order has been placed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
